This case study attempts to analyse factors relating to overall triple bottom line (TBL) sustainability success, in a specific environment in the field of international education. As the school under study approaches the financial bottom line, environmental and human sustainability issues have taken a back seat. Requirements of the International Baccalaureate (IB) and other governing bodies affect how the school must adapt to survive. Particular developments in school-wide information technology effect human resource management, particularly in the area of in staff and knowledge retention. The paper analyses human resource sustainability in the schools current situation, and attempts to provide some solutions to the problems the school is facing. Environmental and financial sustainability are assessed in relation to their impact on human resource sustainability.
